Fast service. Delicious food. Bi-lingual service staff. Friendly. Nice atmosphere. 24 hrs breakfast. Many large T.V. monitors, on silence. Nice music. Parking is limited, though.

My husband and I decided to have dinner at the Ritz Diner on Sunday about 6:pm, waiter Matt, the day before Memorial Day, I has a taste for BBQ ribs, he decided on prime ribs. Matt your the best and a cutie, however, no rolls was served with the dinner, bake potato not done, partially cold, no meat on the ribs, sauce not tasty, prime rib not cooked to perfection. We end up leaving our dinner partially touched. When asked by the cashier how was the meal, she because angry because I responded that we were Not pleased with the meals. She seem to take on an attitude, in a lower demeanor tone she said, sign here, and turned her back to me and walked away as I continue to be polite. This is not good service for a recently new establishment. Welcome the complaints, correct them to ensure that customers will return. I am regular at Tiffany's just wanted to give you guys a try. This is not to be critical, just wanted to share my experience with owner. Enjoy the Holiday!

Good place to eat. Food is reasonably priced. Service was great and the waitress was nice. I did have some dirty utensils but they took care of it immediately and did it without any complaints. I would go here again any day. I also like the fact that it is 24 hours

My son and I walked in at around 2:30 pm on 4/30/2019. The hostess was sort of busy I guess, and I saw the sign - “Please wait to be seated”, so we did. There was a white gentleman with an older couple paying for their meal. After this was completed, the Hostess continued to pay us no mind. I thought maybe wait a little longer for a table to be prepared. After 5 minutes or so of waiting, I watched as another older white couple walked right in to be seated immediately . 2 more minutes or so had passed, and a single white male walked in to get seated immediately. It became clear to me that as an Hispanic male with tattoos, although well represented and dressed appropriately, with my 23 year old son who also carries himself very well, that we were not welcome at this establishment. So we departed, to never return. And then after having it explained to me by the owner in a reply to my post, that I was not profiled for my appearance, as I clearly was, I am now relegated to describing the customer service as just plain poor. The shame of it is, I had visited this place twice with my wife, with better results. This opinion has now changed. I recommend this place to no one.

This is our first time here and the place was nice and clean. Our waitress Joe was awesome and on point. Breakfast was great and on point. We will definitely come back in the future.
